Shanna's Baby Shower

Sweet Little Girl we are waiting patiently to meet you, until then we will throw a party in your honor. Pink flowers and balloons were placed around the house, yummy food was made to delight the taste buds and friends joined together to play games and spoil the Mommy to Be. Have no fear because you will be born into a family with lots of love.

Week 26

Happy 6 month Birthday

Poor little guy your teeth have been really bothering you this week. However through it all you still seem to keep a smile on your face and the room filed with laughter. I got ballons at work earlier this week and on the whole way home you laughed at them every time they moved. I was laughing so hard I had to call Grandma and Grandpa so that they could hear it too.

Dear Aj,
Ever since the day you were born you have sucked a thumb or a finger, but only in the last couple weeks have you sucked your thumb on a consistent bases. If you have been crying or can not find you pacifier in the middle of the night you are more than happy to sooth your self with your thumb and I do have to say there is no sweeter thing.

Aaron Wallace Thomas Carbaugh

One day you may ask why you have such a long name. Well my little one you are named after two of the greatest men I know.  My father's name is Aaron Wallace Barger and has been one of the greats influences in my life. Because of him, I have an appreciation to the arts and books. Some of my best memories are of my dad reading to me when I was little and as adults talking about books that we are reading. You are also named after your father the man who stole my heart. Aaron Thomas Carbaugh is a strong, caring man who loves his friends and family with his whole heart. You have two of the best role models in your life and should be proud to carry their names.
